I had spent a reasonable amount of time researching and finding out about cryptocurrencies. I decided to invest in cryptocurrency in September 2019, after receiving information through Southbank investments, I initially joined Southbank to trade in gold shares and became interested in cryptocurrency after reading many articles through their membership.
My last transaction involvement was back in March 2020, at that point I was happy with my assets and presumed they were safe on my ledger hardware wallet.
In May 2020 I logged on to my ledger live account and to my astonishment the value of my currency was extremely lower than what was meant to be in there.
I am 100% confident in knowing that nobody had access to my ledger device, nor did anyone know my 24 keywords.
