I have been getting these over the past 3-4 months, probably about 5 of them so far. Starts with 'Hi, your account was hacked! It will be a good idea to change your password right now!' Claims to be watching me over months. Claims they created a porn site and my camera was made into a remote video, and various threats about sending email from my account. And to pay $1000 to their bitcoin address (12i8q8K7apATJworX48SqQzNgiVmPpWGpz).
