The message is a repeat of most of the others on here. It comes from a spoofed address registered in WA State, USA. The IP address, is in Moscow. Indeed, the wording of the threat contains nuances typical to a Russian tongue. The registrar's Whois creds don't list any proxies, but the Traceroute query seems to go several levels deeper than the last shown IP address.
The extortionist claims to have my username/address, which indeed is a valid claim, but 8-10 years overdue. In my case it's an old combo from the days before I started using 1Password. In this case, the LastFM site is the likely source where my combo was lifted. Their database was compromised & the contents eventually published as part of the infamous Anti Public Combo List (see: <https://haveibeenpwned.com/>
