The above user name is a telegram address which is posted in a large number of comments to crypto related YouTube videos. The scammer then requests payment to provide mining power, $100 dollars for 0.1btc per day return up to a value of 0.7btc. The scammer sends videos of an A1 miner which would never produce this daily return and claims to be from the USA despite non US power points.
