While participating in the event live through YouTube, I sent the amount of 3300.23 dollars equivalent to 0.171462 btc, live event (7.39 October 16 / 2022, today), where when seeing and reading the screen of the event it said or was written clearly – “YOU SEND 0.1 btc OR 1 ETH… you get 0.2 OR 2ETH”, rapid and kindly some person communicated with me through the chat and gave me the instructions to send the money and how to do it, which I did immediately. A few seconds later they told me that to participate I should send 1 eth, when I saw this I was surprised because I had followed the instructions that appeared on my screen, I explained it to the person in the chat, answering that “I was very sorry, but that is the rules,I was surprised because I only followed the rule appear or what was written on the YouTube page where this event took place. I have invested the little savings that I had for my normal existence. I explained to the man in the chat and he told me to leave my email, phone number and name to send back my bitcoins or my transaction that, as he explained, would reach me between 3 to 5 days. I am shocked and amazed that a company like ARK investment would make the mistake of allowing themselves to make such a serious mistake at a live event.
