I used BTC-ETH exchanger, Bin-changer withdrew my .01 BTC but did not deposit ETH. Contacted there support, went thru necessary steps to receive BTC refund. Instead an additional .01 BTC was taken from wallet and no refund was completed. At this point, Bin-exchanger ignored any further communication request.
