I was approached by a fellow Forex trader on Telegram to invest in a company called CLC Success Investments. I deposited $200 and made profit. I got excited. I then received an email from the company for a promotion but minimum deposit was $5000. The man who introduced me said he had been making investments with them for about 8 months and showed me proof that they were paying out.
I made the deposit and waited the 7 day period. I then tried to make a withdrawal and was told by email that I needed to deposit another $1200 to activate the withdrawal. I did not do it. Many others started complaining they couldn't make their withdrawal as well.
They were registered on the ASIC (Australia Securities & Investment Commissions) website with an ABN# 86 126 858 366 and ACN # 126 858 366 as a legit business. They have since de registered on 7/10/20 and their website no longer works.
