She claimed to be a mentor on Instagram to guide begginers who want to invest in bitcoins. However she made us make big investment (£500) which was to "verify account for withdrawal" she also said how this is a one time fee and we would not be charged again. However we got a message on the live chat and through email telling us to "upgrade" our account in order to withdrawal and trade. Without upgrading, we would not be able to trade or withdraw. When i confronted her about this, she said that she did not know that our accounts would exceed its limits and we would have had to upgrade. This is not a reasonable excuse because i sent her screenshots whenever profits increased and she obviously should have had some idea (6 years trading forex) about this upgrade and should have warned us but she didnt. The upgrade included of silver, gold etc. And just silver was costing £1,300 which obviously we didnt have and this is when we began to lose trust because even if we did have the money and also payed, there could've been another "upgrade". When i confronted to her she also said how she has "been with me and helped throughtout the whole process" but thats because there was money which she could take advantage of. However, we did take action and will contact the fraudware department of our bank. My main purpose to report this was so that everyone can watchout for this account on Instagram and spread the information. Thank you
