Spoofs sender email to pretend to have taken control of the victims mail address.
Pretends to have backdoor access and logger on the victim's devices.
Pretends to have captured video of the victim masturbating while watching porn, and ask for a randsom in bitcoins, with the threat of releasing the embarrassing material to the victim's "friends, colleagues, partner".
In other words, the now classic false trojan sextortion scam mass distributed to public or leaked email addresses..
