Criminal spoofs your email address and then emails you with threats of sending videos of your self-pleasure to your friends and family unless you send Bitcoin. Will claim that they've purchased your email address password from hackers and that they've been controlling your OS and monitoring your browser history for several months. Individual may or may not have actually tried accessing my email address twice, but failed.

I received and email where someone is claiming to have hacked my email and phone and had inappropriate pictures and videos of me as well as porn search history and all my contacts info and was threatening to send all this information to all my contacts in less than 48hrs if I don’t pay the sum of $2,412 US in Bitcoin. This appeared to be coming from my own email like I had sent it myself. I learned this was “spoofing”
