Got a random e-mail like everyone else demanding money in exchange of not spreading personal information. Not really worried about it because of a few points that I truly believe it to be a scam: 1) The password was correct, but it's an old password that I don't really use anymore. 2) "They have bad videos of me", but I don't use any social media nor do I upload images/videos of myself plus I don't own a webcam. 3) "They have access to my e-mail and will know when it's read", but it's a Google e-mail and Google would warn me if someone tried to access it or if it was accessed from a different computer. ***Says it was a drive by browser exploit with access to my PC, but my guess is that I had signed up with my e-mail on some old website that was compromised. This person got a hold of this database and sent everyone's password as evidence of "hacking" to the respective e-mail that was associated with that website.
