We received an email from the above said email address which claims to steal our customer database and sell it on the darkweb or to our competitor if we do not pay 2000 USD in bitcoins to them. We also officially plan to register a complaint to cybercell of our particular city and also on the https://www.ic3.gov/complaint/. Can you please add this email address which I am sure is a fake and help curb such perpetrators . They have also used the phone number - 613-724-0491 which also must be a fake, but adding as many details as we can provide you with. Regards,
