Like others have said, a jpg attempt at extortion that doesn't make any sense. And even directs people to "copy and paste" the bitcoin address from the image, which would be awfully hard...
Supposedly I've been watching porn and this guy says he recorded it and will send it to all of my contacts if I don't send him $500 in bitcoins. Blow me dude!
