I bought the currency with the help of the company. This company says it cannot make a transfer to my bank account because there is a problem. I have no problem with my bank account, so I put it here because I don't know what to think about it. I have no contact with this company since then. When I was buying this currency, I had no idea about the BTC and wallet procedure. As no one from this company informed me about what was happening with my money, I became interested in this topic. Now I know what happened, but that doesn't change the situation that the money did not return to my account.
