They pretend to have masturbation videos of you they will blackmail your friends and family with, but with a twist: the email header /title has a password belonging to you. If you daisy chain, it may look like the password you use (or a variant of) for that email. It probably was taken from a leak, however. Check yourself on haveibeenpwned dot com and change your passwords at least once every 2-3 years.
