The person says that he/she is a "hardware development engineer" and wants a bit coin payment so he won't upload a sex tape of "me and my partner" to Pornhub. He/she says that the payment must be 10 days to the price of the hotel where he recorded us with a "mini wireless hidden spy camera near TV". Also says that he/she is not from my country and stayed at that hotel for vacation and obviously doesn't mention any name of a hotel. The payment deadline is supposed to be 3 days from now.
The email says... "I've installed some Mini Wireless Hidden Spy Camera on the near TV, but you with your partner didn't know there have Spy Camera because it is a very, very small event hotel owner didn't know too. Guess, What? I have recorded your *shyb*ehyb*xhyb video with your partner. It's surprising me (with unknown style xoxoxo)."
He claims to have a private tape of me in a hotel room and blackmailed me with it by threatening to expose it on websites. It has been months since I last stayed at a hotel and am not married! >.< I stayed with my siblings so I know this is a scam. I hope no one falls for this. I hope he gets what he deserves.
Funny cause I haven’t done anything what the email says but I know some people will fall victim and be scared. Some idiot thinks its funny to screw with people private life.
I had received an email on the evening of December 28th 2019 claiming that there was a threat to expose a sex tape that was installed into a television in a hotel room. I haven’t stayed in a hotel in over a year and a half and I don’t have a partner so I know that this is a scam. I do not know where it has come from.
