I was cionatted by Emma Bruner 241 of the block chain who told me that it was an account with bitcoin in my name opened by others and that to recover the capital I would first have to open a wallet on the " Coin base" for € 1500 and then subsequently she gave me asked to close a series of anonymous accounts.
