This guy was hired to do a computer admin job. He was paid through bitcoin wallet. He said he would complete the job in 24 hours. He went silent after payment and it has been six payments. The user us active because when asked for refund on PayPal since bitcoin won't reverse, he keeps rejecting my request of $850.
