Customer support calls and wants funds to be deposited to an account (to which they have access gained through remote assisstance). The excuse is that the account is new and cannot transact with low activity. The BTC address is given as a proof that a outgoing transaction is inbound on the account and the transfer of additional funds is necesary and urgent. The address is most likely not associated with the scam but it is used on few calls as a proof.
