They are hosting a live stream on YouTube attempting to deceive people who are currently following the Ax-1 mission by SpaceX and Axiom Space. The site linked is "spacex-ceo.org". the site is hosted by reg.ru, a russian domain registrar. The ETH address is 0x9A2C6E4072768CEA1C3c5f6a57760773a6E2e823
