This platform provide free mining to users with option to upgrade. I registered on as free miner (user) and over a period I mined a cumulative sum of 0.03169600 BTC. Accordingly, minimum withdraw threshold is 0.002
I placed a request order for withdrawal, and the address was generated to deposit 0.001 BTC as fee for free account holders.
I have sent the required BTC to the addresse using another wallet (where I have the BTC amount) and I am yet to receive the withdrawal 48hrs after.
I checked the pending notification on my account dashboard and observed that their recieving address for the transaction has changed, twice.
I have contacted them via emails but no response.
