The address was used in an IPFS site at https://gateway.pinata.cloud/ipfs/QmNyoqW2Ye9j15GNQ622LXwYEqmLGvpRzRdk3ZYzfBbTy9/payment.html to attempt to masquerade as the official merchandise store of a YouTuber named Dream (https://dream.shop/). In addition, the IPFS is linked to the domain of dreamwastaken.zil at Unstoppable Domain's resolver, which shows that this is intended to trick legitimate users into believing that the IPFS site is the real merch store.
