The usual: "i instållęd a software on the X videos (porn) web sitę and gŭess whåt, you vіsіted this web site to have fŭn (yoŭ know what i meån)." Wants $1,836 to not release a nonexistent video, taken from my webcam-less computer. One neat twist: The password they found on the darkweb is only a portion of the password, they left out the string of numbers at the end :-)
